A group company of NSDC, a government-affiliated company that operates vocational training institutions in India, will collaborate with Techno Smile (Nagoya), a company that provides human resources services for the manufacturing industry, to dispatch engineers to Japan. In fiscal 2023, up to 600 people will be sent from India to Japan in fields such as automotive software development and automobile maintenance.
