Defined contribution pension plan

Techno Smile will be introducing a "Defined Contribution Pension System (hereinafter referred to as DC: Defined Contribution)."
DC is a pension system that aims to support asset formation for retirement, where employees make monthly contributions, manage the funds themselves, and determine the amount of benefits based on the investment results. The system to be introduced is an "optional defined contribution pension system (optional DC)" that allows employees to choose how to contribute.

Introduction to the stock ownership plan

テクノスマイル従業員持株会は、従業員の財産形成の一助として、自社株を取得するために導入された福利厚生制度です。従業員持株会による株式投資は、少額の拠出金からはじめることができ、給料から天引きされますので、知らず知らずのうちに株式購入資金が増えていきます。

Social gathering assistance

スタッフ間での懇親会開催時の費用の助成を行います。
懇親会補助制度は普段一緒に仕事をしているチームやグループのメンバーで定期的に懇親会を開くことで、交流を促進し、テクノスマイルでの情報共有や、お互いの親睦を深めることを目的としています。

Club support

The club subsidy system aims to foster the company's corporate culture by providing subsidies for activities that employees voluntarily participate in. It promotes valuable opportunities for employees to interact across departments through a common hobby.
