Training Program
High-level human resource development cultivated at world-class automobile manufacturing sites

Before being assigned to a position, new employees undergo the same practical training as Japanese employees. Training topics include health and safety education, learning the terminology used on the manufacturing floor, understanding and practicing the 4S (sort, set in order, shine, and standardize), the names and basic operation of tools, and thorough instruction on reporting, communicating, and consulting. Furthermore, we have also introduced a self-management program that fosters teamwork and time management awareness, developing human resources who can immediately contribute to the workplace.
