Announcement of capital and business alliance for joint development of temporary staff management system

CRG Holdings Co., Ltd., G&G Co., Ltd., Central Service Co., Ltd., Techno Smile Co., Ltd., Fullcast Holdings Co., Ltd., and Work Staff Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce that they have entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Crowd Staffing Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Ryo Emoto), a provider of HR tech services.

1. Background and purpose

The major companies in the staffing industry involved in this project will work together to build an "industry standard platform" that will become the de facto standard for managing staffing staff. This will enable a standardized industry platform, which is expected to improve productivity across the entire staffing industry.

This initiative aims to unify industry-standard systems by promoting digital transformation in the industry through additional investment from six companies, including ours, in addition to the ten companies that have already invested.

Crowd Staffing Co., Ltd. develops and provides the dispatch management system Crowd Staffing, which aims to increase added value, such as improving productivity and working environments for client companies.

When staffing agencies work with their client companies to move their staffing business online, it is common for them to integrate with the systems adopted by those companies. As a result, staffing agencies with multiple client companies have to manage multiple systems in order to match the systems adopted by their clients, creating inefficiencies. We view this as a common challenge for the entire industry, and have determined that accelerating the expansion of HR Tech functions will lead to business expansion, increased corporate value for each company, and even improved working conditions for temporary workers, thereby raising the status of the industry as a whole.
