Our company held its job offer ceremony on October 1, 2021. In consideration of the current COVID-19 situation, we asked all accepted applicants to participate remotely.

At the job offer ceremony, our company representative, Mamizuka, gave words of encouragement and presented the job offer certificates remotely.

At the orientation following the job offer ceremony, we sent a video message from Masahiro Sasaki, who has signed a sponsorship contract with our company. Sasaki, a professional racing driver who is also involved in automobile development, gave us a heartwarming message saying, "Engineers like you will create the future!" As all of the successful applicants this time plan to work as engineers after joining the company, Sasaki's message must have really resonated with them.

The subsequent interactions with our executives and employees were also pleasant, and it was such an enjoyable time that we almost forgot we were in a remote setting.
